Types of Diplomas

REGENTS

• Must pass the following five Regents exams with a 65 or higher:
• Comprehensive English Language Arts (ELA)
• Global History and Geography
• U.S. History and Government
• Math A
• Science with lab

REGENTS WITH HONORS

• Regents Diploma Requirements
• Overall Average of 90% or higher on all required Regents Exams

REGENTS WITH ADVANCED DESIGNATION

• Regents Diploma Requirements
• Additional exams / courses as follows:
• Math B Exam
• Additional Science exam with lab
• Additional 2 credits in a second language*
• Second language exam*

REGENTS WITH ADVANCED DESIGNATION WITH HONORS

• Regents with Advanced Designation Requirements
